SHAREBOT Q WARM
Sharebot Qwarm is a professional grade heated chamber large-format filament 3D printer.
Entirely produced in Italy, the printer allows you to print models and prototypes using materials with high technical performance. Equipped with a large print volume of 300 x 420 x 300 mm, it allows to obtain impeccable results in long-lasting and large-sized prints. Thanks to the liquid-cooled tungsten carbide nozzle, it is possible to reach 500 ° C while the printing chamber can maintain a temperature of 80 ° C during the entire manufacturing process. The heated bed in high resistance borosilicate glass guarantees the attachment of the models to the platform and allows to reach and maintain a temperature of 160 ° C.

The set of technical characteristics indicated above allows the use of dedicated Sharebot high-performance technical materials such as PET-HTC, PPS F1-RaceGrade, and PEEK-HTC.
Polyethylene terephthalate is a thermoplastic suitable for food contact, belonging to the family of polyesters. It is also used for its electrical properties, chemical resistance, high-temperature performance, self-extinguishing, ease of use. The good mechanical performances are improved by the addition of carbon while keeping the cost low so as to make it widely usable.
A filament with exceptional technical performance suitable for the most advanced applications such as racing and aerospace. It is normally used for components of the automotive industry, components of household appliances, bodies and impellers of pumps, valves and solenoid valves especially when resistance to chemical agents, steam or high temperatures is required, as well as corrosive flows both liquid and gaseous. The ideal solution for the industry that requires applications in extreme environments or with extreme performance.
The main characteristics of PEEK are mechanical strength, chemical corrosion and high temperatures resistance. For this reason it is used both for the construction of parts of pistons, valves and compression plates and in the aerospace, automotive and chemical process sectors. Given its resistance to high temperatures, it is used as a thermal insulator in some types of extruder.
